Kings Solutions is looking to hire Fresh candidates with good communications skills to handle our customer care department and generatre new sales .
We are looking for talented people who have Excellent English Communication Skills (Spoken & Written).
You will need to perform the following duties as a Dispatch/CSR.
•Dialling and Answering calls.
• Email handling
• Making Reports in Excel when asked
Candidates with the following skill set will be hired. (Only Apply if you match this Criteria)
• Minimal American/British Accent with fluency
• Should know how to write an Email
• Must be Call Center Experienced(preferred)
• Must be able to analyse and solve problems
• Should have good Decision Making Skills
