KIPS CSS | Global Age is looking for a candidate that fits the criteria of the below mentioned requirements having job roles & responsibilities as such;
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating seminars and collaborations between our institute and various educational institutions.
- Your primary goal will be to promote our institute's brand and programs by establishing strategic partnerships and organizing engaging seminars and workshops.
- You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of these initiatives.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to schedule seminars and collaborations with educational institutions.
- Strategic partnerships with corporate clients from multiple industries such as IT, Educational Institutes, and any industry related to KIPS CSS | Global Age.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to promote our institute's programs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand the target audience and develop tailored seminar content and topics.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for seminars, including venue selection, scheduling, invitations, and audio-visual requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in organizing and coordinating seminars, workshops, or events, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with educational institutions and secure partnerships & collaborations.
- Familiarity with the education landscape, including educational institutions, and industry trends.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
