Accounts Officer

To support the Accounts & Finance department in the implementation, operation, and ongoing management of the S4U ERP software while ensuring accurate accounting processes, data integrity, and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and rollout of the S4U ERP software across the Accounts & Finance department.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the software implementation team to ensure successful system deployment.
Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation during the implementation phase.
Maintain and update accounting records within the S4U system.
Monitor system transactions and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Support day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Identify system issues, coordinate with IT/vendor for resolution, and recommend process improvements.
Prepare financial reports and management information as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Provide user support and training to relevant staff on S4U system functionality, where required.
Perform any other finance and accounting duties assigned by the reporting manager.
