Accounts Officer

Kitchen Cuisine is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support the Finance & Accounts team at KCFC-KHI. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in Accounting/Finance and a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. The role will focus on cash pouch operations, transaction recording, cash and bank reconciliation, financial documentation, and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software is required.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain cash pouch records and transactions.
Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
Record financial transactions accurately in the ERP/accounting system.
Verify receipts, payments, and supporting documents.
Prepare cash and financial reports as required.
Identify and report discrepancies in financial records.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Support audits and internal financial controls.
Coordinate with relevant departments for financial information.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
