Responsible for Product Costing, Manufacture Costing, Margin Analysis, Variance Analysis and P & L. - Prepare Daily Sales Report, Monthly Production Report, Monthly Cost Report, Inventory Report, Working Capital.
- Generate other reports and prepare presentations as per requirements
- Recipe costing of Food & Beverage.
- Monitor Costs and Analyze Monthly Operating results.
- Direct and coordinate financial planning and Budget with Finance dept.
- Responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting and Controlling and Liaising with the Finance dept.
- Cost Analysis for all projects/outlets.
