- Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analysis.
- Analyze quality control test results and communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
- Oversee finished product microbiological program and environmental program including issue investigation and follow-up.
- Conduct internal Quality audits and take a lead of external customer and or regulatory audits.
- Ensure good relations with customers and auditors.
- Able to lead all units in Food Safety and Quality Compliance.
- Ensures all HACCP, GMP’s, sanitation preventive controls, supply chain preventive controls and all other prerequisite food safety standards are met
- Lead HACCP, Food Safety and Food Defense Teams.
- Ensures complete traceability of incoming raw materials and finished products while managing lot code tracking.
- Ensures labeling programs is accurate in accordance with allergens, ingredients and nutritional information.
- Develops and maintains documentation of all required quality tests and activities.
