- Responsible of Complete Reporting, Activities Maintain & Manage of Stores.
- Receive the Purchase Demands from the Head of department respectively.
- Check the availability of demands material from stock in hand as per physically stock and the basis of dues in and dues out & requirement.
- Forward of purchase demand to purchase department in case of non-availability of demand material.
- Physically Stock taking & checking of receive material as per delivery challan /Bill against Po & purchase approval & Maintain the Receiving & issuance.
- Prepared the daily store receiving report sent to all concerning department heads for intimate the material receiving & inspection.
- Maintain the SRR & GAR (GRN) Preparing & Posting against Gate arrival report in ledgers & inventories systems.
- Complete purchase booking of received material against PO & purchase approval in Inventory systems.
- Invoice booking in inventory system (GL) after purchase booking.
- Preparing of store challan after posting of purchase & invoice booking in inventory systems.
- Forwarding of complete documents (GRN, SRR, and Po, Approval & store challan) to purchase & accounts department for payment.
- Posting of complete Store consumption indent in systems & Prepare of monthly consumption reports against store consumption indents 15 Days/30 days.
