Kitchen Manager

Bella Hotel, located in Islamabad, is seeking an experienced and responsible Kitchen Manager to oversee its kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. This role requires effective leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to control inventory and food costs. The position is full-time, with an 8-hour daily shift, and offers a negotiable salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and timely food preparation.
- Supervise and lead kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance.
- Maintain strict adherence to food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor kitchen policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Competency in inventory management and cost control techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should be 35 years of age or older.

Additional Information:
The position is based at Bella Hotel, House 2A, Kaghan Road, Sector F-8/4, Islamabad. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate’s physical presence at the hotel. The salary for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
