KMNR is seeking a full-time Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.Only candidates who can carry out interviews and in English and communicate with co-workers only in English will be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful applicant:
- Will work under the direction of Project Managers and assist in all aspect of sustainable design (active and passive systems) for one or more projects
- Will perform energy analysis and will perform computer energy modeling load calculations
- Will assist the Project Manager in the production of contract documents and reports (Feasibility Assessment, Sustainable Design Strategy, Daylight Analysis, Building Code Energy Compliance Analysis)
- Extract information from mechanical, electrical and architectural drawings and documents.
Required Skills:
The successful applicant:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in standard communication software (Microsoft Office, In Design, etc.).
- Aptitude and passion for Engineering software
- Specific energy modeling software will be learned on the job.
- know Electrical Building design,Power distribution ,Riser Diagram,Lighting design,Circuits
Qualification Required:
- Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering
- 2-3 experienced mechanical engineering with Knowledge of HVAC and Building System.
- Fresh graduate with some experience with the Energy Modelling/Electrical /Mechanical Design and Analysis tools can be considered from a reputable HEC Recognised University may also be considered.
