Job Description

Job Purpose:

To create HR alignment with business through implementation of people strategies and add value by enabling delivery on long and short term business goals and objectives.Selected candidates may be placed at the campuse at Alloch at puran district shangla.Job Requirements:To act as an embedded HR function in the relevant business domain, ensuring HR service delivery and implementation of HR policies and procedures with relevant HR tools.Ensure business objectives of assigned domain are fulfilled with all relevant support of HR & Administration Division.To support in delivering on departmental roadmaps and develop a high performance culture by enabling relevant division to utilize existing performance frameworks/assessment tools and provide guidelines on set procedures of organizations performance management system.Provide professional advice, guidance and counseling to assigned domains managers and team members on matters pertaining to HR Policies & Procedures whilst providing constant feedback to relevant HR Functions in order to maintain best HR practices in the organization.Develop and maintain effective channels of communication and consultation between management and employees to ensure that employee relations issues are timely and amicably resolved for the relevant division.While working in close coordination with OD & Training Department, provide coaching, skills transfer and identification of appropriate training interventions in the relevant division.While working in close coordination with the staffing and compensation department, ensure implementation and execution of applicable recruitment and compensation policies, procedures and tools of the organization.Key Performance Indicators KPIs:Promote performance driven and employee engaged culture.Support & build business through HR interventions with support of HR Transformational domains.Support HR transactional services through process improvement suggestions & recommendations.Create awareness for standardized HR Policies/Procedures Compliance.Balance technology with touch, build relationships, and ensure shared services delivery.Alignment of concerned division priorities and objectives with people strategy
