Knowledgia International Schools and Colleges is seeking a dedicated and skilled English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a Master's Degree in English Education from a recognized institution and possesses a strong command of the English language. With 3 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience, the candidate demonstrates the ability to effectively plan lessons, manage classrooms, and connect with students of varying skill levels to foster a positive learning environment. The English Teacher is responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging English language instruction tailored to meet the individual needs of students. This role involves creating detailed lesson plans, implementing various teaching methodologies, and evaluating student progress regularly. While this position does not include team management responsibilities, collaboration with fellow educators and participation in school activities are essential to promote academic excellence and student development.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a supportive and productive learning environment.
Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to monitor and enhance student progress.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to facilitate effective learning.
Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and development.
Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff to support student learning and address any concerns.
Adapt teaching methods and materials based on students' diverse needs and feedback.
Participate actively in faculty meetings, training sessions, and school events to contribute to the overall improvement of the educational program.
Stay updated with current developments in English education and continuously improve personal teaching skills.
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages students to take initiative and express themselves.
