Accounts Executive

Knox Solar Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of practical experience in handling financial reporting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and bookkeeping duties. This role requires proficiency with accounting software to accurately maintain financial records and support the company's financial operations. The Accounts Executive will work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data management. The position does not involve managing a team; however, the successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting the finance departments activities and contributing to the organizations financial accuracy and compliance. The role demands strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to uphold the quality and integrity of Knox Solar Pvt Ltd's financial information.
Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
Assist in the preparation and submission of financial reports according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Use accounting software to enter and update financial transactions and maintain data integrity.
Reconcile discrepancies discovered in records and reports promptly and report any issues to senior finance personnel.
Coordinate with external auditors and assist during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and answers.
Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain organized financial documentation and assist with tax filings and compliance measures.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accurate budget tracking.
Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency of accounting operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
