Operation Executive ( Electrical Engineer)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 15 personnel engaged in electrical operations and project execution.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits and systems to quickly identify and resolve faults or inefficiencies.
Utilize PLC programming and diagnostics to monitor, control, and enhance automation systems.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows and ensure seamless project delivery.
Develop and implement operational procedures that improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely completion within cost guidelines.
Prepare detailed reports on operational status, project progress, and team performance for senior management.
