Electro Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking skilled and motivated Production Line Operators to join its Core Production Team. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing various production activities including cell sorting, module assembly, BMS installation, welding operations, final assembly, and packaging in accordance with company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities 1. Cell Sorting & Grading Operators

Inspect and sort battery cells based on voltage, capacity, and quality standards

Identify defective or non-conforming cells

Maintain accurate production and inspection records

Assemble battery modules according to technical drawings and SOPs
-
Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and insulation
-
Follow quality and safety guidelines during assembly
-
Install Battery Management Systems (BMS) correctly on modules
-
Perform basic connectivity and functionality checks
-
Report any faults or irregularities to the supervisor

Perform spot-welding or laser-welding of battery tabs and connections
-
Ensure strong, clean, and safe weld joints
-
Follow welding safety procedures and machine guidelines
-
Complete final product assembly and enclosure fitting
-
Ensure proper sealing, labeling, and finishing

Conduct visual inspections before handover

Pack finished products securely as per packing standards
-
Label cartons and prepare items for dispatch
-
Assist in loading and inventory movement
