Store Keeper/ Inventory Controller

Knox Solar Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper/ Inventory Controller to oversee inventory management and stock control processes efficiently. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience handling inventory tasks and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations. This role requires careful monitoring of stock levels, timely documentation of inventory movements, and maintaining accurate records to support the companys operational needs. The candidate will work independently without managing a team, focusing on optimizing inventory accuracy and availability to support production and distribution activities. The Store Keeper/ Inventory Controller is responsible for coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to facilitate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. This position demands attention to detail in tracking stock discrepancies, managing storage conditions, and implementing inventory control procedures in line with company policies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work systematically under minimal supervision are essential to succeed in this role and contribute to Knox Solar Pvt Ltds supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory and materials accurately.
Maintain detailed records of stock movements including receipts, issues, and transfers.
Manage stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and procedures.
Ensure proper storage conditions and organization of inventory to preserve quality.
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to schedule deliveries and resolve inventory-related issues.
Prepare reports on inventory status, stock levels, and usage trends for management review.
Comply with health and safety regulations in all inventory handling activities.
