Our company required Aftersales and Services Manager having professional experience in the field of after sales and services.

Candidates with Masters/Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering and having aftersales and services experience background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.
  • Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services.
  • Build and establish good work relationship with clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele.
  • Liaise with other sales departmental heads to discuss aftersales issues and provide best services to enhancing sales performance.
  • Coordinate the customer service operation to ensure clients are tended appropriately.
  • Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Established service centers to provide best aftersales services
  • Weekly report checking service centers
  • Executive best action plan as per market needs
  • Weekly review of service centers performance
  • Weekly review of all activities regarding services results and quality issues reports
  • Support products installation and provide guideline
