- Managing all the recruitment, screening and selection activities; reviewing PRF and JD forms, job advertisements, managing employee referrals, candidates’ pool formation, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews, registration of new employees on system, preparing and issuing offer letters and appointment letters.
- Managing employee separation process; clearance, resignation, termination.
