Job Description

  • Managing all the recruitment, screening and selection activities; reviewing PRF and JD forms, job advertisements, managing employee referrals, candidates’ pool formation, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews, registration of new employees on system, preparing and issuing offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Managing employee separation process; clearance, resignation, termination.
  • Managing personnel files with the assistance of Assistant HR officer.
  • Managing and participating in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Leading the suggestion box initiative and actively representing the suggestion box committee in team culture meetings.
  • Developing and designing annual magazine of Kohinoor by coordinating with different departments for the required content and designing.
