- Installing and configuring computer hardware (Laptops & Desktops) operating systems and applications
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replacing parts as required
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Printers installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Parts replacement and maintenance
- Install and maintaining PBX infrastructure. Extension creation, deletion, Trunks, and various functions of PBX
- Install, configure and troubleshoot network cameras
- Installation of network devices (Network Switch, Router, Access Points, Attendance Machines etc)
- Be part of team during installation of Servers, UPS and data center related infrastructure
- Perform standard and custom installation for the users. Apply fine tuning parameters to the system for better performance
- Providing technical support, including hardware and applications
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the system hardware inventory and schedule
- Up to date the hardware inventory details in the system
- Provide technical support for the telephone exchange related queries, perform backups and generate call logs on monthly basis
- Installation of network & PBX cables. Apply structured cable pattern and tagging
- Maintain detailed PBX infrastructure layout and design diagram
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs. Log all support calls and generate report at the end of day and provide to the Manager
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users
- Testing and evaluating new technology
