Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Social Media Management to join our Marketing & Media team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and management of social media activities across multiple brands while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content strategy, community management, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Assist in developing and executing monthly social media content plans.
* Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to ensure timely content delivery.
* Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
* Monitor comments, messages, and online inquiries while ensuring timely responses.
* Track social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
* Conduct competitor analysis and identify industry trends and content opportunities.
* Support the execution of social media campaigns, brand activations, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Assist in managing leads and customer inquiries generated through social media channels.
* Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication across all platforms.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
* Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
* Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
Preferred Skills
* Experience managing university, freelance, internship, or personal social media projects.
* Basic knowledge of graphic design, content writing, or video content creation.
* Understanding of social media marketing and lead generation principles.
