Kratos Security Consultants seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator with at least three years of professional experience in supply chain or administrative roles. Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders, and coordinating timely deliveries to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Process purchase orders accurately and ensure all documentation meets company policies and procurement procedures.
- Track and report on order statuses, delivery schedules, and supplier performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and support procurement planning efforts.
- Resolve discrepancies in supplier invoices and purchase orders through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards related to supply chain activities.
- Support audits and reviews by maintaining detailed, organized records of procurement transactions and supplier agreements.
- Assist in vendor evaluations and participate in supplier selection processes based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to facilitate timely payment processing and budget tracking.
- Continuously assess supply chain processes and recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate supply chain status updates clearly to internal stakeholders to support transparency and decision-making.
