The candidate must be an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager who can help us expand our clientele. You’ll be the front of the company and execute our sales strategy. The goal is to on-board customers and businesses both onto Krossing through lead generation in order to increase growth and improve KPI’s of the company.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Developing & executing a growth strategy focused both on lead generation and customer on-boarding.
· Conducting research to identify markets and customer needs.
· Planning and coordinating with marketing & sales design teams to execute campaigns.
· Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
· Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
· Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
· Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
