Vacancy Announced for a “MANAGER EXPORT” for International Relief Products:
Pakistan’s One of the Best Manufacturing Group requires the services of an expert who can handle the Global Tenders relating to different products (i.e., Tarpaulins, Temporary Shelters, Ground Sheets, PE Sheets, Bags, Food Containers etc.) and have the experience of Export as well.
The job of Export Manager requires your services at the Heart of the Business and you would play your important part by successfully securing Large and Small International Relief Agencies’ products related tenders.
As an Export Manager, you could;
- Head team of 2 or more people to manage the international tenders, advertised Worldwide.
- Travel Nationally or Internationally to coordinate during the tendering phase, gather all the information essential for the tender.
- Discuss the information with the Company’s officials regarding technical and financial aspects of products so that the products could be engineered accordingly.
- Arrange all the documents to participate in tender on Company’s behalf.
- After the award of tender, manage the export-related matters to make sure that the products are shipped within time period.
- Arrange all the export-related documents and coordinate for the timely shipment.
Job Requirements;
- Have experience of International Relief Agencies (i.e., UNHCR, UNICEF, WHO etc. etc.) Tender filling
- must have 10 years of Experience.
- have had substantive involvement in submitting tenders nationally and internationally
- have a perfect command on English
- strong technical and marketable Skills
- do not have any problem with the occasional local or abroad trips
