kualitatem is looking for MS Dynamics AX - Business Analyst for Lahore Office with frequent travel to Dubai for on Site Projects.
On the Microsoft Dynamics AX team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Define and document customer business functions and processes.
- Take the lead role in:
o Requirements analysis
o Eliciting requirements
o Requirements organization
o Translating and simplifying requirements
o Requirements management and communication
- Mapping client requirements to Dynamics AX functionality
- Ensuring requirements are properly implemented in Dynamics AX
- Comparing requirements and their implementation to the AX best practices and documenting the comparison
- Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications. Maintain traceability in documentation
- Provide technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff
- Develop training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions covering assigned systems module
KEY SKILLS
- Must have a college education with an under graduate or post graduate degree.
- Minimum three (3-5) years of hands on Microsoft Dynamics AX projects
SPECIALIZATION
- Knowledge of AX best practices
- AX certification in Finance preferred
- AX certification in Human Resource Management, Project and Accounting is a PLUS
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to architect and drive change
- Ability to lead in a global environment
- A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix-reporting environment.
