Virtual Force is looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team!
As an UI-UX Designer , you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, widgets, samart layouts, Symbols and components.
Your Experience
Proven experience of 2-3 years as a UI/UX designer or similar role
Strong portfolio of design projects and experience creating flows, wireframes and prototypes
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Should have good knowledge of Design Thinking Process, Data Driven Designs, User-centric and Human-centric designs
Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Invision, Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others)
Problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Key Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems Understand product specifications and user psychology
Create personas through user research and data
Keep well-informed of competitor products and industry trends
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, mind maps and accurately convey project plans to management
Develop Low-Fidelity design and Interactive Prototyping
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Must organize data and files properly, always use proper naming and titles for files and maintain version.
