Key Responsibilities:
• Performing construction methodology survey, authority survey & standard survey (local).
• Understanding the construction industry practice & drive ideas to upgrade the methodologies.
• Performing research & development activities to innovate or improve technologies.
• Conducting Competitor analysis & construction industry updates.
• Providing technical assistance on business development activities.
Key Qualification:
• B.Sc. Civil Engineering, B.Eng. or equivalent Qualification from a recognized university/institutes are preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge in codes (IS, BS and other relevant codes).
• Sound communication in English and local languages.
• Should have a dynamic capacity, a good team player and ability to meet deadlines.
• Male/Female between the age range of 22-35 years.
