Laboratory Technologist (Chemistry)

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Chemistry Technologist to join our laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing chemical analyses on blood, urine, and other body fluids using automated analyzers and laboratory equipment. This role demands a strong commitment to accuracy and quality, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to support diagnostic processes and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical analysis of blood, urine, and other body fluids using automated analyzers and laboratory instruments.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of all test results by adhering to established protocols.
- Interpret and document laboratory findings in compliance with medical standards and laboratory procedures.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot chemistry lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor quality control procedures and guarantee compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with pathologists and other healthcare professionals to assist in diagnostics and patient care support.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, with a preference for specialization in Chemistry.
- Proven experience in clinical chemistry laboratory testing and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory protocols, safety measures, and quality assurance standards.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, to meet operational demands.

This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to work on a rotational shift basis. The role is based on-site, ensuring hands-on involvement with laboratory processes and direct interaction with the healthcare team.
