The Laboratory Technologist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role involves performing both routine and specialized laboratory tests, preparing and handling samples, and operating and maintaining laboratory equipment according to established standard operating procedures. The technologist is responsible for monitoring test results, accurately documenting findings, and supporting quality control and assurance processes to ensure the reliability of data. Collaboration with team members is essential to maintain a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with precision and adherence to protocols.
- Handle, prepare, and process samples efficiently while maintaining sample integrity.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment following standard procedures.
- Monitor and document test results accurately, ensuring data reliability.
- Support quality control and quality assurance processes to uphold laboratory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment.
- Assist in training laboratory staff on techniques, safety measures, and protocols as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Medical Technology and applied laboratory skills.
- Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment, including maintenance and calibration.
- Solid analytical skills for interpreting test results and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Experience with quality control practices and adherence to laboratory safety and regulatory standards.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Ability to follow detailed protocols, maintain accurate records, and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
