The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) position is based at BHU Azim Killa, Union Council Khander Khan Khel, within the Routine Immunization program of Sub-Division Wazir, Bannu. This role focuses on delivering essential vaccination services to children, women, and families both at health facilities and through community outreach. The LHV will work under the supervision of the Field Surveillance Officer and District Supervisor at the Merged Areas Headquarters in Peshawar. Preference will be given to local candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to health education and community well-being, particularly in preventing vaccine-preventable diseases (VPD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide antenatal and postnatal care alongside vaccination services against vaccine-preventable diseases.
- Conduct house-to-house visits to administer vaccinations and promote health and hygiene education within the community.
- Immunize children and women in accordance with Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) protocols and the RED REC micro plan.
- Maintain daily and permanent registers, Expected Delivery Date lists, and utilize the NEIR application consistently to track due children and vaccination schedules.
- Participate actively in outreach activities, medical camps, and female village health committees to enhance community health engagement.
- Update and manage the Immunization Logistics and Records (ILR) temperature charts, stock registers, and other required documentation accurately.
- Ensure professional licensure is current and valid at all times.
- Maintain discipline and comply with directives from reporting officers, supervisors, and monitors.
- Adhere strictly to the organization’s Code of Conduct and fulfill any additional tasks assigned by competent authorities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a 2-year LHV diploma from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional experience in antenatal/postnatal care, disease surveillance, immunization, healthcare services, or public health programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience working closely with communities, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and effective communication.
- Clear understanding of gender equality principles and issues related to sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment.
- Excellent verbal communication and report-writing skills.
- Maximum age limit of 45 years.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Previous experience with humanitarian organizations or health projects is highly desirable.
- The role requires extensive travel and active participation in outreach activities.
