We are looking for a professional and well-groomed Lady Searcher to join our security team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of clients, visitors, employees, and the premises. This position requires prior experience in a similar role within a shopping mall, reputable company, or comparable professional setting. Strong communication skills and a courteous, customer-friendly demeanor are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct security screenings and physical searches of female clients, visitors, employees, and customers following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform all searches with professionalism, respect, and sensitivity to privacy and dignity.
- Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized items from entering the premises.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a welcoming and helpful attitude.
- Communicate effectively and politely with clients, visitors, colleagues, and security supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all security protocols, instructions, and reporting procedures.
- Promptly report any suspicious activities, prohibited items, or security concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, discipline, and confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Intermediate level (FA/FSc or equivalent).
- Experience: Previous work experience as a Lady Searcher in a shopping mall, reputable company, or similar professional environment is mandatory. Fresh candidates will not be considered.
- Height: Minimum 5 feet 5 inches (5′5″).
- Age: Between 25 and 40 years.
- Service Record: Must have a neat and clean background; a thorough background check will be conducted.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Customer Service: A pleasant personality, smiling face, and courteous attitude when interacting with clients and visitors are essential.
- Client Greeting Etiquette: Basic knowledge of professional client greetings, welcoming visitors, and polite customer interaction.
- Professional Appearance: Must be neat, well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
- Discipline: Punctual, responsible, alert, and capable of following instructions and company SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in shopping malls, retail outlets, corporate offices, hospitals, or other reputable organizations is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle customers professionally during busy hours.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to remain calm, polite, and professional in challenging situations.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs43,000. The expected working hours are 8 hours per week. This role requires the candidate to work on-site.
