Qualification:

  • B Com or M Com
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all up-to-date records of accounts, in the computerized form as well as in physical files & ledgers.
  • Role requires ability to manage all aspects of accounting for the school.
  • Ensure integrity of accounting information and establishing quality control over financial transactions and bank reconciliation.
  • Handle the cash, banking and inventory.
  • Maintain the inflow and outflow of the cash.
  • Generate reports for school management to review financial position on weekly basis.
  • Generate School Fee related notices.

Other key requirements

Must be computer literate and expert in MS Office (MS Word, Ms Excel,)
