Guest Relation Officers Required for a newly build Service Apartment Building in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Manager (Admin & Marketing) is expected to prepare & execute marketing plan to successfully run service apartments building
- Establish an enabling team to establish brand name through dedicated, secured and personalize services
- Ensure provision of requisite facilities and competitive decent environment to the customers.
- Relationship Manager/Officers to interact with the guest at every possible comfortness of the Customer Journey
- Expertly handle guest concerns and know when it is appropriate to bring an issue to management
- Partnering with other restaurant employees to ensure that the restaurant is clean, well maintained, and ready to meet guests’ needs at all times
- Paying special attention to assist families with children and guests with special needs (e: g helping to find seating, carrying trays etc.)
- Sharing the latest restaurant promotions and special offers with guests, including deals on the Pay app etc.
- Identifying potential areas of improvement and sharing these opportunities with management
- Candidate must have a good appearance should relevant experience in hospitality and hotel management, dealing with guests, fulfillment their orders and requirements, coordinate with kitchen and staff for timely order delivery.
- Experience of hotel management and top notch restaurant will be added advantage
