Lajpal & Sons is hiring a Shipping Logistics Coordinator to run our shipments from booking to delivery. You'll work with shipping lines, truckers and customers, keep every shipment on track, and handle disputes when they come up. Disputes are a key part of this role.
Responsibilities
Book shipments with shipping lines
Coordinate schedules with shipping lines, truckers and customers
Track every shipment until delivery and keep records up to date
Prepare and check bills of lading and shipping documents
Handle disputes with shipping lines (billing errors, delays, demurrage, detention) until resolved
Keep customers updated on status, issues and resolutions
