Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all data input and updates across multiple company systems and online panels.
- Design and execute data quality checks, audits, and validation reports for each department.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in data received from operations, HR, accounts, travel, and other divisions.
- Collaborate with IT, MIS, and ERP teams to resolve data integrity or synchronization issues.
- Establish data quality rules, SOPs, and control mechanisms to maintain standardization across systems.
- Track KPIs related to data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement and automation of data quality workflows.
- Maintain compliance with internal data governance and confidentiality policies.
- Support management with periodic reports and dashboards for decision-making.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Quality, MIS, or Data Governance (preferably in multi-company or service-sector environments).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, SQL, or ERP/MIS systems.
- Experience with data validation, cleansing, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of data flow processes between business units and online systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination across departments and regions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
