Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist who will be responsible for optimizing website infrastructure to improve search engine visibility, performance, and user experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with SEO tools and website audits.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (site structure, crawlability, indexing, performance)
Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness
Fix technical issues such as broken links, crawl errors, redirects, canonical issues, and duplicate content
Implement and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup (structured data)
Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Ensure proper HTTPS, security, and server-side SEO configurations
Optimize URL structures, internal linking, and site architecture
Track rankings, traffic, and technical SEO KPIs
Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in Technical SEO
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS)
Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse
Familiarity with schema markup and structured data testing tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of server logs and log file analysis
Understanding of international SEO and hreflang implementation
Experience with eCommerce SEO
