We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling B2C (Business-to-Consumer) online sales, responding to customer inquiries, guiding buyers through the purchasing process, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience across our digital platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of online consumer behavior, and the ability to drive conversions through personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, phone, and social media platforms.
  • Provide product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Process customer orders accurately via the e-commerce platform and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow up with potential buyers to close sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and platform policies to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to optimize the overall customer experience.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and provide insights for improvement.
  • Assist in live chat sessions, flash sale campaigns, and promotional activities to boost sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or B2C sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon, or others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
