Manager Operations

Land Rise Ventures seeks a proactive Manager Operations to lead and enhance the efficiency of our operational processes. Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations while supervising a team of 15 personnel to achieve performance targets.
Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Optimize business processes through workflow automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contracts.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions and support business continuity.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
Facilitate effective communication across departments to align operational activities with company goals.
Utilize business process management tools to analyze and improve existing workflows and procedures.
Prepare reports on operational metrics and present insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
