Position & Responsibilities
- We are looking for an Experienced Creative Associate for our creative department.
- This person will be assisting and reporting to the Creative Head and will be responsible for day-to-day tasks as well assistance in long-term strategic projects for the creative department.
Responsibilities include:
- Design Marketing & Branding content, including images, gifs, infographics, short videos, motion graphics etc. all the while ensuring identity guidelines are thoroughly met.
- ·Design for multi-channel campaigns.
- Assist in the designing and developing of branding material.
- Developing marketing and branding assets.
- Develop ready to print marketing material.
- Develop plans, strategies, and help team execute company’s, projects and client’s event and outdoor BTL campaigns.
- Follow marketing department guidelines for day to day tasks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Media/Design/Arts/others.
- Minimum 02 Years of Professional Experience at a creative agency or a major real estate or related companies.
- Some work experience in a real estate is an advantage.
- Interest in real estate is a requisite.
- Project management experience.
- Events execution and community work experience is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
- Visual Story telling
- · Graphics (e.g. Branding, Typography, Web, Print,).
Videos (e.g., Branding, motion graphics, gifs,
- Full working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects and familiarity with the remaining Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of Multimedia Production.
- Communication Skills.
- Technical knowledge of Print and Digital.
- Illustration skills are an advantage.
- The basic knowledge and ability to work with a camera and production equipment..
