Job Description:
We Are HIRING "Investment Advisor". That person is to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate and wants to stand out of the crowd and do something different to be an image of their own rather than just working for others.
Responsibilities:
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Desired Skills:
- Proven track of successful direct sales record
- Familiarity with CRM
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, marketing, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a must
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification; Bachelor
- Proven 2-3 years working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate agent
- Must have own vehicle
- Hands-on experience in selling Commercial properties will be given preference.
Timings: 10 am to 6 pm
Commission will be given other than basic salary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
