We are looking for a qualified Admin Accounts Officer to join our HR team. As an Admin Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for tracking and managing our company’s Day-to-Day operations. You will be required to manage operational accounts, keep track of daily office expenses, track employee work hours, prepare compensation checks, calculate bonuses and allowances, and respond to employee questions about wages and deductions.
To ensure success as an Admin Accounts Officer, you should have detailed knowledge of accounting and payroll procedures, familiarity with state finance & labor legislation, and advanced mathematical skills. A skilled Admin Accounts Officer should be able to process operational issues in a timely manner.
