We are looking for a qualified Admin Accounts Officer to join our HR team. As an Admin Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for tracking and managing our company’s Day-to-Day operations. You will be required to manage operational accounts, keep track of daily office expenses, track employee work hours, prepare compensation checks, calculate bonuses and allowances, and respond to employee questions about wages and deductions.

To ensure success as an Admin Accounts Officer, you should have detailed knowledge of accounting and payroll procedures, familiarity with state finance & labor legislation, and advanced mathematical skills. A skilled Admin Accounts Officer should be able to process operational issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day operational bookkeeping
  • Preparing Office Accounts
  • Keeping Regular Bank correspondence
  • Collection daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets
  • Calculating employee work hours
  • Calculating Employee benefits and deductions
  • Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software
  • Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations
  • Scheduling electronic payments and handling out paychecks
  • Preparing payroll receipts
  • Distributing payment statements
  • Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions
  • Resolving staff office operational concerns
  • Other related Ad Hoc service

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • B.Com
  • M.Com
  • CA

Preferred Skills and Requirements

  • Microsoft Office with special emphasis on Excel & Word
  • Strong verbal and oral communications skills is essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Staff management skills
  • Knack for problem solving
  • Good knowledge of fiscal policies
  • Excellent analytical skills, along with the ability to create detailed reports and spreadsheets
  • Hands on experience with accounting software's such as QuickBooks would be an added advantage
