As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the making and executing the Sales Strategy of Business to Business (B2B) Cement Sales for large commercial and real estate projects across Punjab. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and visiting commercial and residential construction project sites and meeting with project managers and project stakeholders across Punjab.
You will be primarily involved in these activities in your role:
- Devising Sales Strategy for the company for 1, 2 and 5 years.
- Setting Sales Targets with the CEO
- Project Site Visits on a weekly basis
- Liasoning with Marketing for Sales Support
- Initiating and helping the CEO in capitalizing large commercial and residential project deals
- Liasoning with the product suppliers
- Managing client expectations and enabling repeat sales
- Training and developing sales team
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters
- Experience in Sales/Marketing/Procurement of Construction Materials such as Steel/Cement of at least 3 years
Preferred Skills
- Hands on and Self Starter
- Ability to close sales deals
- Microsoft Office with special emphasis on Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Knack for problem solving
