Role and Responsibilities
Lanop is fully digital business and tax advisory operating out of London, UK. PFOC is its Pakistan arm servicing clients in UK and Pakistan with consultancy, business, accounting, and tax services. Hence if you have worked in financial services sector before then this will be an added advantage. If you have studied ACCA or looking to study similar qualification then the company will be providing you study support. As a Human Resource Manager (HRM) at Lanop and PFOC you will be dealing with UK and Pakistan based employees. You will be responsible for all employees insurances, appraisals and provide support to the employee in case of questions. You will optimize the organizational and administrative support of the HR department. Maintain and manage all employee files ensuring accuracy and privacy.
You will be directly reporting to CEO as you will be the point of contact for all employees
