Laravel Dev-Apprentice Trainee

We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time, unpaid trainee position lasting six months. This remote opportunity offers hands-on experience in web development technologies and is designed for recent graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology. The role requires a commitment to standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build foundational skills in PHP and related web technologies in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Work with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate RESTful APIs and handle JSON data formats.
- Support database management tasks involving MySQL and relational database concepts.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Continuously learn and apply new technical skills under the guidance of senior developers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology; undergraduate students are not eligible.
- Beginner-level proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling.
- Fundamental knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Availability to work full-time during the specified hours and duration.
- Candidates currently enrolled in academic programs are not eligible for this position.
