Laravel Developer

We are seeking a talented Laravel Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building scalable web applications using Laravel, PHP, and Node.js. This role involves working on both backend development and API integrations, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with other developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to improving software quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel and PHP.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Work with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, optimizing queries for better application performance.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production-related problems.
- Participate actively in code reviews and adhere to software development standards.
- Utilize Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control and collaborate within modern development workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with Laravel and PHP.
- Strong understanding of the Laravel framework and PHP development principles.
- Proficient in designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Solid knowledge of database design, query optimization, and indexing.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience using Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, security best practices, and API integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Practical experience with Node.js and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with Web Sockets, Socket.IO, or similar real-time communication technologies.
- Experience working with Express.js or other Node.js frameworks.
- Knowledge of Redis, queues, caching mechanisms, and background job processing.
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is an advantage.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.

Employment Type and Shift

This is a full-time position. Candidates should be flexible to work in both morning and evening shifts as required.
