Laravel Developer

YC Group of Companies is looking for a skilled and motivated Laravel Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing server-side logic, managing databases, and building high-performance, responsive web applications including websites, CRM, and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Laravel developers, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the PHP Laravel framework.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while managing the full development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards and ensure code quality.
- Stay current with Laravel and related technologies to implement best practices and optimize application performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Drive innovation and improve efficiency in development processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working on large-scale Laravel applications.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of Laravel core concepts including MVC, Eloquent ORM, Queues, Form Validation, Collections, Console Commands, Task Scheduling, and Cache.
- Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and associated web technologies.
- Solid knowledge of database design and optimization with experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, and SQL Server.
- Experience using IDEs such as PHPStorm, Sublime Text, Chrome Developer Tools, and VSCode.
- Basic familiarity with version control tools like Git and Bitbucket.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position located near Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi. The work schedule is during night hours, from 9 PM to 6 AM. Candidates must be prepared for 100% travel as required by the role. A reliable commute or relocation to Rawalpindi before starting work is mandatory. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs50,000 to Rs100,000.
