Laser Therapist / Laser Technician

We are looking for a skilled and professional Laser Therapist to join our aesthetic clinic in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering laser hair removal treatments using approved laser equipment while ensuring client safety, comfort, and a high standard of care. This role requires adherence to clinical protocols and close collaboration with the Clinic Manager and Medical Director to maintain a safe and hygienic treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal treatments following approved clinical protocols and individual treatment plans within the scope of professional training.
- Assess client suitability by reviewing medical history, skin type, hair characteristics, and any contraindications to treatment.
- Conduct patch tests when necessary and document results prior to proceeding with treatments.
- Operate laser equipment safely, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and clinic safety procedures.
- Ensure appropriate eye protection for clients and staff during laser procedures.
- Clearly explain pre-treatment preparation, expected outcomes, potential side effects, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Monitor clients during and after treatments, promptly reporting any adverse reactions to supervising medical personnel.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment parameters, consent forms, progress notes, and follow-up schedules.
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and equipment in line with hygiene and infection control standards.
- Monitor machine performance, maintain equipment logs, and report any faults or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with reception and clinical teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain client confidentiality while delivering courteous, respectful, and personalized care.
- Support clinic inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting consumable requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on laser technology, safety practices, and aesthetic treatment advancements.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in laser therapy, aesthetics, cosmetology, nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in laser hair removal or within an aesthetic/dermatology clinic; candidates with more experience will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of laser equipment operation, skin types, treatment protocols, and laser safety standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Excellent record-keeping and organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, attention to detail, and a responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow clinical supervision guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a clinical or aesthetic setting with a focus on laser treatments is highly desirable.
