Last Mile Operations Executive - US Logistics

We are seeking a dedicated Last Mile Operations Executive to join our team in Karachi, located at PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal. This role involves supporting and optimizing delivery operations specifically for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics and last mile operations, with strong coordination skills and proficiency in English communication. This position requires working in rotational shifts and managing daily delivery center activities to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers to efficiently manage pickup and delivery schedules.
- Oversee the daily operations of the delivery center to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Plan routes effectively and distribute loads to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Manage and support the onboarding process for 1099 delivery drivers as needed.
- Monitor load management to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evening and night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

This position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 100,000 to 120,000, based on experience. The working schedule includes six days a week with one weekly off, and rotational shifts from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM and 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
