This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi, Pakistan, for a Last Mile Operations Executive supporting delivery operations for clients based in the United States. The role involves managing and coordinating last mile logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience working within US logistics or last mile operations, possess strong communication skills in English, and be capable of handling coordination and problem-solving tasks. The position requires availability for rotating shifts and includes travel as part of the job responsibilities. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and the salary range is PKR 100,000 to 120,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate last mile delivery operations to meet client expectations and service level agreements.
- Communicate effectively with US-based clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and ensure timely resolution of delays or disruptions.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and vendors to optimize delivery routes and processes.
- Handle escalations and troubleshoot problems related to delivery exceptions or customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on delivery performance and operational metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules and manage workload during peak periods.
- Participate in travel as required to support operational needs or client meetings.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US logistics, last mile delivery, or related operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and travel when necessary.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
