- Execute administrative and clerical tasks in HR, finance, and establishment divisions of WAPDA, including positions like Waiter/Bearer, Mali, and Naib Qasid.
- Manage financial accounts, legal contracts, supply chain, customer services, internal audits, and human resources in HAZECO and TESCO at managerial levels.
- Carry out technical and supervisory roles such as Assistant Manager (Electrical), Line Superintendent, Meter Reader, Driver, and other field-related positions in LESCO and other WAPDA companies.
- Participate in recruitment tests, interviews, and comply with all procedural requirements including document verification and probationary periods.
Required Qualifications:
- Matriculation or equivalent for support and clerical roles; relevant diplomas or degrees for technical and administrative positions.
- Specific professional qualifications such as ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CA (Inter), ICMA (Finalist), LLB, MBA, M.Com, or engineering degrees recognized by HEC and PEC for managerial and specialized roles.
- Relevant work experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in government, semi-government, autonomous bodies, or reputable organizations as specified per position.
- Valid registrations or certifications where applicable (e.g., PEC registration for engineers).
- Age limits generally range from 18 to 30 years with applicable relaxations for minorities, government employees, and domicile-specific quotas.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in power sector, regulatory affairs, contract management, and customer services is advantageous for legal and finance roles.
- Positions in LESCO and other subsidiaries offer contract-based employment with market-based lump sum pay packages and probation periods.

- Age relaxation policies include up to 5 years general relaxation, additional 3 years for minorities and specific districts, and up to 10 years for government/WAPDA employees with continuous service.
