Job Title: Lathe Machine Operator / Lathe Man
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Quaid E Azam Industrial State, Lahore

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lathe Man to operate lathe machines and carry out machining tasks in accordance with technical drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lathe machine operation, precision machining, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate lathe machines to manufacture, shape, and repair metal components.
- Interpret and understand technical drawings, measurements, and specifications accurately.
- Perform various machining operations such as turning, facing, drilling, and threading.
- Measure finished components using precision instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Ensure the accuracy, precision, and overall quality of finished products.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols and production guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Lathe Man or Lathe Machine Operator.
- Practical knowledge of lathe machine operations and metal machining techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements effectively.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and a strong understanding of machine safety standards.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently without supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Technical diploma or vocational training related to machining or mechanical operations will be considered an advantage.
