We are looking for talented and experienced Call Center Agents for our inbound/outbound US based Campaign. An ideal candidate must have good communications skills in English and the ability to carry out a conversation with a target-oriented approach. (American or Neutral accent preferred )
Candidate should be hard-working, self-motivated, and a good team player.

- Eligibility Criteria & Details
- Must have at least 2-year experience.
- Prior experience of Inbound/Outbound Calls, with international based Call Center is MUST.
- Assist customers in acquiring the service and follow up with them.
- Proficiency in English Speaking. ( American & Neutral Accent )
- Must be dependable and a team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Lead generation, rapport building, and closing skills with customer support.
- Flexible to work night shifts
